Deborah Hoff
offers a broad range of experience in numerous areas of the law. Her practice includes family law, criminal defense, w
ill
and power of attorney preparation, estate administration, and a variety of other civil areas. An experienced litigator, she has successfully argued cases in the courts of common pleas, municipal venues, magistrate courts, administrative agencies, and Pennsylvania appellate courts for more than 30 years. Her experience during her years of practice also includes her service as solicitor
and as
member
of various boards in Franklin County, addressing zoning and planning land use issues.
Deborah Hoff
is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Franklin County (Pennsylvania) Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College in New London, CT. She attended Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1977. She was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Family Law and Criminal Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She serves the community of Waynesboro, Franklin
County
and South-Central Pennsylvania.
